All orders are sent in discreet packaging. Unless opened, you cannot tell/feel the contents inside. The only thing written on the parcel are the delivery details you provide at the checkout.

 

For UK buyers: 

• All items are dispatched within 3 working days
• All items are eligible for free delivery, no minimum spend

Royal Mail does not guarantee delivery next day for RM24 (1st class) or two day delivery for RM48 (2nd class). In general, 95% of items sent with RM24/48 (1st/2nd class) arrive within 1-3 working days. In some rare cases, it may take up to a week after dispatch. Please note, refunds/replacements for lost orders will not be given, unless you checkout with a service that requires signature on delivery.

 

For International buyers (including Republic of Ireland):

• All items are dispatched within 3 working days
• The current delivery charge is at £9.99 or £24.99 for premium (tracked and insured)

The International service aims to deliver most items from 6 to 8 working days after dispatch. However, in rare cases it can take up to four weeks. Please opt for the premium delivery if you want live tracking and insurance in case of the parcel getting lost. If you opt for the standard one, there will be no tracking or replacement in case the parcel gets lost/seized.
